General Information
RK-1 "Kregzdute" low-wing single seater.
Modified L-13 "Blanik" wings used. Modification was done by reducing wing lenght by 30%, removing air-brakes, installing the flaps, which can be set to 20 , 35 and 50 degrees.
Reinforced longeron, new wing attach-points.
Tail is reused from L-13 as well.

Frame is made by velding steel pipes. To maintain shape - wooden stringers are used. Pilot is sitting in a semi-lying position.
Navigation and engine control devices installed. Hanging pedals, individual wheel brakes installed. Canopy glass taken from Polish glider SDZ-30 Pirat. Front of aircraft body and wings is covered with metal, the remaining - with synthetic cover.
The main wheels with brakes, attached to the trunk of a flexible plastic springs. The rear tail wheel 100x50, freely oriented.
Plane with a flat four-cylinder, four-stroke engine of the Volkswagen. Engine capacity 1600 cm3
, 35 to 40 hp at maximum 2700 rev / min. Propeller thrust - up to 100 kg. Currently, this aircraft has 10 liter fuel tank.
50 liter wingt tanks are planned.
Propeller - 1.4 m in diameter, dual-blade, wooden, fixed pitch.
Fuel: Petrol A-92.
